Happy World Lab Animal Day!!!

World Lab Animal Day is an annual international observance held on 24th April. The date April 24 become selected as it marked the birthday of Hugh Dowding, British Air Chief Marshal who was an avid anti-vivisectionist. It becomes hooked up in 1979 by the National anti-vivisection society(NAVS) based in the UK.

Every year 100 million+ laboratory animals are sacrificed or died in the laboratory for various research purposes.

The animals give a better, correct, toxic-free future to us by sacrificing their life but what we return?

It's our responsibility to protect the laboratory animals and give them a healthy & humanly environment with the help of better enrichment & bedding material, appropriate diet, and proper environment.

Use the 3R principle in all animal labs. The 3Rs stand for Replace, Reduce, Refine, and represent a responsible approach to animal testing. The goal is to replace animal experiments whenever possible. In addition, the aim is to keep the number of animal experiments as low as possible and to only use the necessary number of animals.
