Happy Women's Day to all the women in my life.

As a little girl, I often heard that women are supposed to compete with each other, that somehow there wasn't enough room for all of us to succeed. But growing up showed me a different truth.?

Women emerged not as competitors, but as my staunchest allies, my pillars of strength. They created spaces where I felt profoundly safe, their ears always lent to my stories, their hands ever ready to assist, their words validating my emotions in a world that often seeks to diminish them. It taught me that women are each other's biggest fans.

Think about it - even something as simple as sharing a sanitary pad speaks volumes. Despite their cost, I've never seen a woman hesitate to help out another in need. It's a small but powerful example of how we support each other, no questions asked.?

This is precisely why they say that brunches with women are more than just meals; they're therapy sessions. Through every laughter and shared story, there's healing and an undeniable strength that emerges from being understood and accepted.

My life, both at home and at work, has been shaped by incredible women. Without them, I wouldn't be who I am today. They've shown me what it means to be strong, kind, and fearless.

Today, more than ever, I want to honor and celebrate every one of them.
