In sales process, it is a very common scenario that prospective customers object about product or service. Many sales persons are afraid of prospects objection and they become nervous. That is the reason of their failure.
No Objection Means No Sales. So Welcome Objection.
Prospective customers objection is an usual reaction. When they object, sales persons should be happy. Because by objection prospect is going forward for the sales closure. If there is no objection there is no sales.
Even If You Offer The Lowest Rates and Customers Know It, Still They Will Say Rate is Very High
An intelligent prospect will never say that your rate is very good, your service is very good. So I will buy it. Rather even he finds your rates is very good and service is very good, he will say that your rate is high. It is a process to move forward not to stop. Rather no objection means blocking the sales process.
