Happy Thanksgiving To You & Yours

Optimize International is where great leaders elevate results and accelerate business impact. Our Strategic Alignment Process? moves organizations from a lack of priority focus to alignment that achieves great results.
Giving thanks is one of the most powerfully profound actions you can take – both professionally and personally.
Giving thanks – done well – connects us to a deeper level of meaning and feeling for ourselves – and those who receive our expressions of gratitude.
When we express real gratitude we are already in tune with ourselves and what we appreciate. When we express gratitude to another person, it serves to deepen our connection to that person (or people) in meaningful ways.
For example, expressing gratitude to our colleagues or team members helps us to reconnect to what we appreciate about or respect for what they have done to further our work together. For them, receiving that thanks often connects them more deeply and meaningfully to how we are thinking about and recognizing them. That often expands their own appreciation for what they have done, including deepening the understanding for them about how they are valued by us.
More than anything else, gratitude opens the portal to joy, which in turn provides us all access to many more uplifting and invigorating feelings and emotions. What we all need more of in this hectic and too-fast-paced world is those moments of connecting to the deeper experiences that instill meaning in what we do. Those moments are most easily and effectively engaged when we connect to what we are grateful for – in ourselves, for those we work and create with, with our family members and friends.
When you want to expand your feeling of well-being, happiness and joy – and share that with those around you – giving thanks and showing your gratitude is a powerful way to make it happen.
Thank you for being an important part of my community. Thank you for what you bring to the people around you, and to making this a more grateful, joyful and uplifted world.
Happy Thanksgiving to you!
