???? I am so thankful for the love and support of my family, friends, and colleagues who are celebrating Thanksgiving today. Although I am in the UK, this day brings back cherished memories of my time living in the US. It was a transformative experience that taught me valuable lessons.

1. ???? One of the most important things I learned was the enduring power of networking with purpose. By connecting with people who shared my interests and goals, I was able to expand my horizons and open doors to new opportunities. This allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and grow both personally and professionally.
2. ???? Another aspect of my time in the US that I am grateful for is the opportunity to learn a new language - American English, to be precise which broadened my cultural understanding. It enabled me to connect with people from different backgrounds and learn from them.
3. ???? Lastly, I cannot forget the joy of preparing a proper turkey with all the fancy trimmings. It may seem like a small thing, but it symbolises the effort and care I put into embracing new traditions and experiences. It taught me the importance of embracing different customs and celebrating diversity.

???? Overall, these three things have had a profound impact on my life. They have allowed me to step outside of my comfort zone, embrace my authentic self, and build lifelong friendships that I now consider family. I am grateful to everyone who has been a part of my journey and wish you all the very best.
