March 17th is always a different celebration in our household, while most celebrate St. Patricks Day, we celebrate life, and being together.  9 years ago today,  Amanda was told she had leukemia, and would face a long, arduous, painful two year treatment plan.  Of course, with nothing but strength, and grace Amanda fought hard for two years, and was cancer free. 

Today, March 17th, 2016 we celebrate her being 7 years cancer free.  She is one of the bravest, strongest and most courageous people I have ever met in my life, and I can not express in words just how lucky I am that I get to call her my wife, every day.
