Hello my beautiful friends, after a couple of weeks break, I'm back and fired up to take the next steps to grow my business.... isn't that what New Year is all about?
It's something I've heard time and again, and been doing myself year on year. Creating vision boards, buying a new diary, a new notebook, getting excited, making plans, new visions, dreams, resolutions....
Sorry to burst the bubble and be a bit of a bah humbug but for many people, the mere fact that they've survived the Christmas break, the over indulgence, family dramas, kids at home, reminders of a failing marriage (often the reality of xmas hols) are quite enough, thank you.
I won't go into the whole resolution thing either as we all know they mostly don't work. I mean, whoever decided making resolutions to sign up for an expensive gym membership and lose your Christmas weight by the end of January was a good idea, needs a good talking to!
What the new year is really about...
Look, I love the whole idea of a new year, new start but you don't have to wait to the new year to do that. You can make a new start at anytime of the year.
Here are some tips for what you can do with your new year:
Do your best today, that's all that is required of you. Give your heart space to guide you. Things may not always seem like the 'Happy New Year' everyone is talking about, but that's OK. Happiness lies within you and can be called upon at anytime. Allow yourself the space to cry, laugh, shout, be still. This is your life so live it on your terms.

1 年Love this Hulya! Every day is definitely a new opportunity. I’ve been easing in gently this week and doing some nice things like buying flowers and going out for coffee
