Happy New Year

What can we say about 2020 other than it has certainly been a challenge? Having not faced a pandemic like this in modern times, we found out quickly how inadequately prepared we were both personally and economically to deal with the restrictions that needed to take place to fight this. It has tested us to a straining point and in doing so, has made us stronger and more aware as a society. Our global economy sits in a precarious balance and we need to be mindful of the symbiosis that occurs within it as we learn to deal with crises like this in the future.

As a CEO still building our funding in preparation for launch, I was fortunate not to have the challenges of employees and clients to deal with during the pandemic. My respect goes out to all business leaders out there who struggled through this past year. Hard decisions had to be made and it is impossible to make those decisions without impacting employees and clients lives in one way or another.

We’ll look towards 2021 with hope, better prepared and ready to take on the challenges that come at us. I am thankful for our supporters and investors who have stuck by our side and continue to guide us through our funding journey. May we all continue to work hard towards our goals, both personally and professionally, and make 2021 an outstanding year! Thank you and Happy New Year!
