I’m thrilled to announce that I have accepted the position as the General Manager of this wonderful new property, Lexington Ridge Inn! My years of hospitality experience have brought me to this new adventure and I can’t wait to share all that The Lexington Ridge Inn has to offer. Whether you are hosting an executive retreat, corporate off-site, board meeting, milestone birthday, your wedding, or just a weekend away, Lexington Ridge Inn is an amazing venue unlike any other Bay Area location.

This unique and intimate event venue was thoughtfully created by owners Jackie Lefton and Terry Theisen, who have thought of every minute detail to make your event a success. Add to that my main goal of making your event truly remarkable, and you have a recipe for a memorable event your guests will remember for a long time.

The Vision: To create the warmest and most satisfying stay for you, with all of the comforts of home. The Lexington Ridge Inn offers luxurious accommodations, a serene and beautiful wooded setting for events, and exemplary personalized service.

History Speaks: For years, Jackie and Terry have conducted executive retreats, off-sites and corporate events for their consulting clients on the property in Los Gatos, and clients continued to come back for more. They also have a very large family in the Bay Area and have had the opportunity to host many holiday and summer parties of all types for family and guests and loved playing host to the people they care about most.

Our Passion: These experiences and Jackie and Terry’s love of celebrating life and sharing great times inspired them to launch The Lexington Ridge Inn, at the gateway to the Santa Cruz Mountains wine region, Silicon Valley, and beautiful Los Gatos.
