Happy New Year! I'm so happy to be back and in fine form with new inspiration and recipes. You responded to salads at the end of the year so I've included not only my homemade Caesar Salad but a full protein salad as well - picture to your left. Our Roasted Sweet Potato and Quinoa Salad with Homemade Tahini Dressing just HAPPENS to be Vegan and Gluten Free but you'd never think about that in a million years with all of the robust flavors, crunch, and vibrancy. A great choice for any "resolutioners" that over did it over the holiday. I'm happy to add Chicken to it, but it's a complete protein salad without it!
Further down the page, let your eyes make your mouth water with our new Parsnip and Leek Soup with healthful and delicious Turmeric. Healthy Turkey Tarragon loaded with vegetables remains on the list, and because it's "stick to your ribs" season I've added a third selection this week - 2020's highly successful newest addition to Lula's Soulful Slurpy Soup Menu - our HANKY PANKY STEW!!
