Happy New Year

It's still New Year's Eve here in Ireland.

The pizza's in the oven.

I've clicked on the "Publish my book" button on Amazon KDP for the last time this year.

And I'm preparing to sit down and finish the novel I'm reading.

As we close out one year and start another one, our thoughts turn to reflections and expectations. Reflections on the year that is closing, on what went well, what didn't and what we could do better in the new year. And our hopes, dreams and expectations for 2022.

As you reflect on 2021, be kind to yourself. It's been a tough year, and you've done brilliantly to be here still.

And as you welcome 2022, do so with some excitement. We are what we believe, and if we believe that 2022 is going to be a wonderful year, then it will be. We just have to take consistent action to do so.

Consistent. That's an interesting word and one that I've chosen as my word of the year for 2022.

Why?

Because I want to show up consistently in 2022.

I want to be consistent with my words and my actions.

And I want to take consistent action to consolidate and build on the foundations created in 2021.

Goodbye, 2021.

Hello, 2022. It's going to be an incredible year, for us all.
