Kidz n’ Coaches-El Paso starts the new year off with some cool creations! The group gathered around some air-dry clay to put imagination into reality. Mixing colors, sculpting, and molding, the children were in a state of flow as they showed us their genius.
Today was a special event because we were able to hand out our first Kidz n’ Coaches t-shirts for the Western Hills group. Thanks to the Rather Prize grant we won last year, we were able to buy the kids some pretty groovy shirts! They were so excited to receive them and will wear them with pride to each event! It’s important for children to be part of something unique, especially in a group program where each person and identity is valued, celebrated, and makes the program what it is (and where it will go).?
The Coaches chose the tie-dye colors because it shows the flow and radiance of life that happens during each event. Thank you to Jessica Perez for the logo design! Thanks to our Coaches: Sandra, Louis E. B. , Danielle, and Frank!
See you in February!?
