?What’s something that’s ALWAYS on my New Year’s Resolution list?

CONTINUING EDUCATION! Professional development is something I hold near and dear to my heart. Why? I’m not just unlocking lock boxes. In order to be the best real estate agent for my clients, I stay up-to-date on marketing, negotiating, the economy, our community, and more. While the I did attend several virtual classes through our local Board of Realtors that provided insight into our local market, the MOST impactful activity in 2021 that helped me become a better realtor was attending a Mastermind outside of Austin, TX with 50 other top realtors in the country. It was incredibly valuable to learn about their successful businesses and I can't wait to implement many of these ideas in 2022.
