Why do you need the 2025 Inclusion Calendar?

We believe that making improvements to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion cannot be achieved in isolation.

It requires a commitment to understanding the barriers that face diverse groups of people, and to support the building blocks that enable staff to be confident and capable of being inclusive every day.

We created the 2025?Inclusion Calendar to:

• Improve visibility of important cultural dates throughout the year
• To act as a nudge to acknowledge and appreciate people from a variety of backgrounds.
• To encourage people to learn about the history of the calendar dates and their significance to peoples experiences, ancestry and lives.
