For our Global Summer Family Office Conference in 2023 we reached a ‘milestone’ after 12 years to become in London the leading Family Office Event with the most genuine Family Office Global members and UHN Investors attending. This achievement I was so proud of!

DEAL FLOW 2023

As we are fully aware DEAL FLOW in 2023 was as we predicted extremely slow and probably the worst year for us since 2012. There where many issues that affected this from the ongoing Ukraine War and then situation in Gaza and of course the global interest rates which now in the USA/UK is becoming more favourable. We were left with Founders with Term Sheets which ‘stuck’ though we are pleased to enter 2024 with two of those Term Sheets being reissued by one of our European Family Offices in Web3 a UK company and a French company. Since Covid we usually predict 6 of our Founders raising though we only saw 2 in 2023. We are confident we will be back to our average in 2024. ?This will certainly increase with our New AI Platform G2I now launched.

FAMILY OFFICES/UHN Investors moving global offices 2024.

We saw UK Family Offices move to the USA, HONG KONG and now the new Porto is now Barcelona and Ireland is on the horizon for UK/Indian Family Offices looking to open an office. We are fully aware that the Middle East is still a place to live and work for Founders and Funds looking to raise with Abu Dhabi becoming the new Dubai.
