Happy International Women's Day!

Happy International Women's Day to the ladies who have had THE biggest impact on shaping me career!!! First I am so sorry if I missed anyone. I did think long and hard about this.

Renee Healan my Bride! You are most definitely THE woman behind the man. You push me in a way no one ever has... You push me to chase my dreams! That is what lead to my having the guts to quit a high paying corporate gig and go out my own, and to not look back. Wright Technical Services exists as much because of you as it does me. You also keep me in check when my vision and goals get a little ridiculous, like when I wanted to open an Original Pancake House. You and me against the world! Thank You

Jacqueline Roberts PMP you helped me evolve from an immature kid to a young professional, and into a young man quite honestly. You taught me what it meant to be an effective manager, and as importantly a good parent and spouse. I'm so happy for where your career has led you professionally and personally. Thank You

Teri Mollison its been a long time. You took my career to the next level, teaching me how to be ultra confident in my interaction with major clients and my peers. I didn't report to you but the influence you had on me during the Penton days is immeasurable. I still use much of the advice and coaching you gave me to this day. Thank You

Erin Zilis you might be the first person I worked for who treated me like a grown up. You had unwavering confidence in my ability to deliver results even when I was lacking confidence. The support you gave led to my success at McMurry and helped me get through a very difficult time in my life personally. Thank You

Beth Tomkiw you had a greater impact on me professionally than you probably know. You challenged me and didn't hold back if I was falling short of the McMurry standards. I am a better communicator, a better writer and a better public speaker because of you. Those qualities have helped propel my career to levels I didn't think were possible. Thank You

Michele Zeitz you were my 'work wife' for several years. You challenged me to constantly be the best, but you do that to everyone around you. You held me, and the entire team, to a standard that led to Experis being a leader in our markets and with some very important clients. Beyond the workplace, you've been a guide as to what it means to take care of yourself, to prioritize personal wellbeing over work (as much as we could) and how to be a truly amazing parent. You make everyone around you better people. Thank You

Susan Everhart like a few others on the list it's been a long time. We didn't work together long but you, more than anyone, showed me what it means to truly trust your people. You trusted me, let me know you were beyond confident in my ability to deliver, and that lead to THE most successful and enjoyable time while part of ManpowerGroup. Thank You

Melody Mounts (Spraw) you're just an awesome person. You are proof that we shouldn't stereotype generations, specifically millennials. You are one of THE most hard working, creative and loyal people I've ever worked with. As I've said hundreds of times I can only hope my daughter grows up to resemble you and the amazing person you are. Thank You

Priyanka Sharmma you were part of the Experis dream team! You taught all of us what it takes to be a high performing technical recruiter. You taught our entire team about hard work and diligence.
