This International Women’s Day, we also remember grass roots: celebrating the social, political, cultural and economic achievements of women. We’re offered a different perspective on equal opportunities for all vs equity. The road ahead asks for conscious choices on how to work with, and celebrate differences, for equal outcomes.?
