Aptus Data Labs take immense pride in greeting all women of the world on this day that commemorates the immense contribution of the gentler species among us, a telling contribution that always results in a better world. It is a privilege to pay homage to the fine ladies of immense professional stature who form a large part of Aptus Data Lab’s staff complement, also to those in our lives, to the many great women world leaders, and, most importantly, to the humble moms and grans, who may not have seen the inside of many offices, but who sustains us at home and enrich our lives forever.

The past year posed a huge challenge to the world; the initial lockdown in March 2020 meant that many of our female professionals were ensconced in guest apartments – they worked un-complainingly, though, from there. When travel restrictions eased, we encouraged all of our ladies to work from their homes necessitating many to travel across states. We are pleased to place on record that our talented ladies produce the same quality of excellent work and meet all deadlines timeously WFH. Aptus Data Labs will allow our ladies to work from home (WFH) for the rest of this year.

The analytics journey traverses a large range of activities, from sourcing to delivery; key competencies of analytical skills and analytics product development form an important part of this journey; our ladies have shown commendable skills and talent as Analysts, many equal to the great Analysts out there. We are firmly committed to hiring more women professionals, a target of 50% is our immediate goal, thereby increasing our diversity.
