Happy International Day of Hope!

Today, we celebrate the International Day of Hope, coinciding with Mental Health Awareness Month and the AAPI Heritage Month. As we join together to commemorate this day and advocate for the activation of hope in support of our mental health, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for being a part of this incredible journey of teaching and activating hope worldwide.

We are doing a special edition Chai Chat takeover of The Hope Matrix Podcast with Zoya Rukh Awan, MBA , Director of Public Affairs at Walmart to #CreateSparks and #ShineHope on the International Day of Hope, kicking off AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Month.

In this episode, we will share the progress of the International Day Of Hope and discuss its significance in promoting mental well-being. We also discuss how to Shine Hope, and why it is important to activate in diverse communities.

It was an extra special podcast, as we recorded it in the Sam’s Club Home Office Studio, so thanks Sam for continuing to watch over me, along with Paul and my dad, as I do this hope work.?This recording was done in partnership with Walmart’s #CreateSparks, which is a platform imagined by Walmart to inspire leaders to take action.

These incredible individuals and organizations keep me moving forward on this work, and I believe so clearly articulate why we need an International Day of Hope. So on this day, let's take a moment and reflect on the power of hope. And why it is so important to teach all how to hope, so that no matter what life brings, they are equipped with skills to navigate from hopelessness to hope.
