What do you love most about your role?

The other people in it! Not that I don’t enjoy parts of the role itself like assisting customers through challenging times, but the other people who work in service and sales roles are welcoming funny and helpful, and working alongside these people makes?never a dull day, and it makes it?easier to thrive in the call centre.

What are your top achievements over the last year outside of work?

Getting married and buying a house! The most stressful and most rewarding things I have accomplished so far.

Being a keen advocate of the Refer a Friend Program, what would be your top 3 tips for anyone looking to join the business??

1. Persistency, it can be hard to get an application to stand out right away. So the best advice is do?not stop after applying only once.
2. Enthusiasm, be keen to join the team!
3. Know what you are joining.?Learn about the job, how the business runs and what we represent.

What are your aspirations for the future at Momentum??

To broaden my knowledge base and experience in whatever direction that takes me.?
