What makes working at Momentum Energy special for you??

Momentum is a great place to work. I love the people, culture, and the environment?at Momentum. I've never been surrounded by so many genuine people in my career. The work environment is one where colleagues?truly care about each other. The vibrant workplace culture connotes energy, positivity, and growth characteristics I desire in a work environment. It is very important for me to share the same value and ethos as my workplace, which enables me to create great fellowship and lead to stronger social connections at work.?

What are your top achievements over the last year??

I have cross-skilled in multiple departments such as Multi-Channel, Sales and Keeping Momentum, and I have put up my hand for every opportunity I could. I have?gained a wealth of knowledge which has made me realise my potential in imparting?that knowledge to others.?I have come to realise that this is?the career path?I'm?after and that has been my greatest achievement over the last year.

What are your aspirations for the future at Momentum Energy??

I have had the opportunity to lead and support many induction groups and through this I've learned a great deal about the process for new starters, and more importantly about myself. I've realised that I'm passionate about helping others and it gives me great pleasure when I see the progress the inductees make through their journey. In pursuit of this career aspiration, I wish to work towards a managerial position where I will have additional influence over the wellbeing of my peers and further develop my leadership and organisational skills to help me achieve this goal. Moving forward I aspire to develop and implement my own strategies to enhance people, processes, and systems that will also increase the company's profitability.

What do you love most about your role??

I love that I have finally landed in a place where I know I am happy. I love the work, how the company treats me, and the people I work with.

I feel appreciated and valued for my hard work and contribution. Everybody helps each other out and we all celebrate our accomplishments together.

If you were taking a?Momentum 'Recharge Day'?how would you spend your day?

A perfect recharge day for me would be to spend time with my loved ones. Having a get together with my family and close friends at home, sitting by the fireplace, listening to relaxing music and just enjoying each other's good company, while eating a delicious homemade meal. And to end the day, watching movies with my partner would be ideal.
