Happy Holidays and What's in Store for 2025

As we close the year, it's an opportune time to reflect on the happenings and successes of 2024 and to look ahead at what's in store for 2025. Before the year closes, we hope everyone has time to rest and recharge over the holidays, to spend time with family and friends and to enjoy good health. Here's a look at some of the initiatives and milestones that occurred across Ascom Americas this year.

Introducing new services and self help tools. We designed four different service offerings to give customers clear, expert service and support plans that help keep their solutions up and running. Our new Ascom RemoteWatch service provides continuous monitoring of Ascom and connected solutions to help customers meet their five nines goal. We also introduced a series of TechTips videos on our YouTube channel for a quick reference on some of the most common questions we get on cleaning and operating our devices. If you have a scenario that your staff need explained, please get in touch with us to request a video on that topic.

Bringing new solutions to the market. Earlier this year we launched Telligence 7 with seven new features that differentiate our nurse call from others. We also launched the Myco 4 DECT WiFi smartphone, a unique offering that combines DECT and WiFi capabilities. This model gives customers the best of both worlds for unparalleled performance and reliability for secure, wireless environments. It delivers enterprise value while offering strong personal safety and security features. Our?Unite version 4.24 has been verified FIPS 140-2 compliant by Corsec Security, Inc. It demonstrates Ascom's ability to meet specific security requirements outlined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Ascom's FIPS verified letter for Unite 4.24 specifies the security requirements met through Unite's architecture, features and operation.
