It's hard to believe that 2024 is coming to a close! It's been a year of incredible growth and exciting developments, particularly surrounding the U-Model (ACT + IFS)

Here's a look back at some of the highlights:

U-Model Advancements:

• Growing Interest: The U-Model is gaining significant traction, with more therapists and clients recognizing its potential for deep healing and personal growth.
• Manual in Progress: I'm excited to announce that I'm developing a comprehensive manual for the U-Model. This manual will provide therapists with a clear and practical guide to implementing this integrative approach.
• Course Development: Besides the manual, I'm also creating a U-Model course to offer in-depth training and support for therapists.

My 2024 Accomplishments:

• Building a Foundation: This year, I've focused on refining the framework, conducting further research, and gathering case studies to lay the groundwork for the U-Model's future.
• Expanding My Practice: My therapy practice continues to grow. I focus on helping clients achieve lasting change and live more fulfilling lives.

Looking Ahead to 2025:

2025 is shaping up to be a year of exciting expansion for the U-Model!

I'll be finalizing the manual and course, exploring opportunities to present the U-Model at conferences, and continuing to refine and develop this transformative approach.
