?? On December 3, AlmaScience and 78 other entities involved in the "Embalagem do Futuro“ ("Packaging of the Future”) RRP agenda got together in Marinha Grande at VANGEST’s facilities to present and celebrate the progress made so far in shaping the future of smart and sustainable packaging!

AlmaScience and our partner Z?R presented the results of “PPS11 - Intelligent Sustainable Fishery Transport System”, namely technology for real-time monitoring of the fish supply cold chain, as well as PetriTag, the sustainable, paper-based, portable bacterial detector for the fish transport system.
AlmaScience at NOVA Science & Innovation Day 2024
AlmaScience was delighted to be part of NOVA Science & Innovation Day 2024, which took place on December 3, at NOVA’s Rectorate, Lisbon. This event celebrated the research and innovation that takes place in and around NOVA University, which is one of AlmaScience’s associates.
The event consisted of presentations, awards, citizen science projects, and a roundtable on AI's impact. Highlights included interdisciplinary research sessions and a poster exhibition by PhD students.?The day also featured an innovation fair, at which AlmaScience exhibited, and talks from prominent speakers like the Portuguese Minister of Education, Science, and Innovation.
