Happy Holidays from the Original Wahlberg Restaurant

As Wahlburgers has continued to grow, I enjoy looking across the street and seeing the amazing original Wahlberg restaurant that reflects all of Paul's passion and skill coming from 30 years as a classically trained, world-class chef. Alma Nove, named in honor of the family matriarch and her nine children, was the first Wahlberg restaurant and remains a fixture on the South Shore of Boston in Hingham.

Below is a copy of the Christmas Eve tasting menu developed by Paul, who remains very involved in making the restaurant great. Much of the menu will be available throughout the winter, and if you stop by, you just might see Paul popping in and out of the kitchen. He is always on the move.
