One of the coolest things about being a recruiter is that when everything goes right, you get the privilege of telling someone they can grow their career in a new position. It can be a powerfully beautiful moment, and it's been one of the best experiences I get to have professionally.
And it's even better when that person is able to Breakout of a career funk.
