Wishing you a very warm welcome to the Clarus Chronicle, a monthly newsletter keeping you up to date with the goings on at Clarus Education. It’ll give you an idea of the day-to-day workings of our busy consultancy, an insight into our team and updates on developments within education recruitment.

Clarus Highlights

October was a great month for Clarus. We saw five of our team rewarded for meeting their Summer targets. A big well done to Samantha Cox , Chloe Pilgrim , , Ellen Portsmouth , Georgina and Gemma for doing a great job of bringing in and clearing a wealth of great candidates for us to place in our client schools! A further shout out to Chloe, Georgina and Ellen who also met their September targets, ensuring that candidates were placed into fantastic new roles!

This month also saw the first full meeting of the new look Clarus team. Though we enjoy our flexible working, its always nice to get everyone together. A yummy lunch and good fun was had by all!

Why education recruitment? I have been recruiting into the education sector now for the past 10 years in a variety of locations. I enjoy working with teachers as they come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries.

Clarus Focus

While personal investment and a commitment to quality are always at the forefront of what we do, we enjoy keeping our team engaged with different focus points throughout the year.

In November we are continuing to source and place the best candidates into our TA and support roles whilst ensuring we help those teachers looking for a fresh start mid year. Check out our live jobs if you are interested in a new role.

We’ll be heading out for some spooky themed fun for our team meet up and we’ll also be joining in with BBC Children Need #Childreninneed. Here are some great resources for schools to help you get involved too. Keep an eye out for pictures of our exploits!

We’ll also be keeping a close eye on our new Secretary of State for Education, Gillian Keegan, to see what plans she has for Education and schools in the UK.
