Happy Friendsgiving

Happy Friendsgiving

This year, the strangest of years on record, we may feel a little different about Thanksgiving. I know I spent a few minutes sitting at my dining table last night and remembering past years when it was full of friends and family. I remembered how loud it was, how messy, and how crazy I felt as I tried to keep a dinner of a thousand courses on schedule!

This year, my family, probably just like yours, is spread across states and countries. My table seems very big and the house feels empty and quiet. But, as I sit down to write this, I am so full of gratitude. I'm thankful for the new teammates that have joined Abask this year, for the new clients that we're working with, and for the clients that continue to trust us with their marketing. This year has given me perspective. The world now focuses on social media and digital marketing, but there's one standout feature among marketing that has won this year: the story. Telling a story has always been at the forefront of what we do and this year it's been the shining star that has connected our clients with their customers.

I hope you are lucky enough to be surrounded by friends and family during this time of year, but I also hope that you have a quiet moment to take stock; to reflect upon the past year and the upcoming goals for 2021. I hope that your story thus far makes you happy, and that happiness continues to follow you into the upcoming year.

With gratitude,
