It was a cold start to the week from -5c in Queenstown, then back to Auckland where I was met with drizzle.

I am closing off the week in the Waikato for the opening of our RE/MAX Country, Hamilton office. Congratulations again to Andrew Gibson and his team.

From top to bottom of the country, we are hearing that listings are still in short supply but enquiry and prices are still very good.
