Happy Friday!

Around the world, women and men are wishing each other a happy International Women's Day.

I have often struggled with the initiatives around this day, where (often) male colleagues offer women a rose and we all support women for a day . While this needs to happen, we know we are not there yet.

The truth is that we need to do more, not just for gender equality, but more generally for a more equal world.
