Here are profound historical comments to ponder for the 4th of July.

The Declaration of Independence, paragraph two reads:…We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal, that their creator endows them with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.? Governments are instituted among men to secure these rights, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and institute a new government.

·????? John F. Kennedy- Even today, ensuring the survival of our nation has little value if our traditions do not survive with it.

·????? Joseph Goebbels?- In its most profound sense, the war we are fighting until victory or the bitter end is between Christ and Marx. Christ: the principle of love. Marx: the principle of hate. ?

·????? Patrick Henry?- It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

·????? Regan, Ronald?- Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it on to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on to them to do the same or one day; we will spend our sunset years telling our children and children's children what it was once like in the United States, where men were free.

·????? Hermann Goering?- The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists (Conspiracy Theorists) for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger.?

·????? Ben Franklin?- The wolves will eat us if we make ourselves sheep.
