As a Gen X member, I like value on my transactions but I tend to be loyal to companies that not only offer that and quality but also those who care for their employees so let me introduce you to PRO Club
My family has been a member of this great health and wellness club for 22 years (Thanks 微软 for a fantastic perk!) and it has always been known that this company cares for their employees and strives to create an employee first culture.
The place is absolutely amazing with clean and upscale workout spaces, sauna, steam rooms, medical services (my routine B complex shots are a must!), salon & spa, kids clubs, bistro & restaurant and even car detailing. The year I took a soul sabbatical I would spend hours and hours there telling myself "I have earned this".
The first months of the COVID-19 pandemic this, like many gyms, had to close its doors for a while. I still remember their CEO sending a note acknowledging that many members would like to pause their membership and they were committed to continue to pay their team members for that month (and possibly longer I am sure) and when the gym opened again, the company had invested in making this the safest workout space in the Greater Seattle area. And while I was getting a hair color this week, I learned about Jeff, my amazing stylist yesterday, who has been with the company for 19 years!

In his words, the company has been a life changer, from benefits such as 401K and amazing perks like free membership. As a Navy veteran, he felt the need to have a 2nd career a couple decades ago and after trying a few different places, he found this to be his home.
And as I sat there, listening to his great story and exchanging conversations, I realized how impactful their conversations for the last 22 years have been. While we don't go daily to the club, they are the first place we think of when we need any service that can be provided by them (physical therapy, swimming lessons, massage, a smoothie, you name it!).
The way your employees feel and talk about your company can definitely make or break your business. Kudos to PRO Club for their investment on their employees and all of us, your members!
