Namaste, my friends! From my abode in Kigali, Rwanda, I send you the warmest wishes for a happy and prosperous Diwali.

I know what you're thinking: "Rwanda? Diwali?" But hear me out.

As a practitioner (and teacher) of meditation and restorative yoga, I'm deeply drawn to the rich spiritual traditions of India. And Diwali is one of the most auspicious and joyful holidays in the Hindu calendar.

So let’s celebrate Diwali in Rwanda ! After all, the world is our home, and love and light are universal languages.

So this Diwali, I invite you to join me in a crazy-positive celebration of life, love, and light. Let's dance like there's no tomorrow, feast on delicious healthy food, and share our love with the world.
