Happy Days........

To all my fellow Linkers, old and new

and most notably to the many of who I have had a marvellous working relationship with over the past couple of decades who may have felt that I have been avoiding you over the last 12 months, this is most certainly not the case, and purely for the record, I have been honouring a 12 month restrictive covenant from my last employer since my resignation, so have not perhaps technically been allowed to contact many of you, and those who know me well will appreciate that I have also had to contend with some pretty ambiguous legal employment contractual issues, based on unproven accusations may I add, which apart from the naturally unpleasant duress and often deemed somewhat dubious restrictions on trade, I didn't bother to counteract, which to be honest did very little except to provide some revenue for their lawyer, but fortunately, as my legal adviser had correctly forecasted from the outset, it actually proved fruitless for the plaintiff, and should anyone need it, I still have their specialist contact details if anyone else ever falls foul of this type of restriction on trade / earnings etc.

But now that somewhat frustrating episode is out of the way, and in a more positive vein I would like to say publicly just how much I appreciate all of those who have stood by me, and assisted me throughout this mainly, imho, pointless exercise, and that thankfully I am fortunate enough to have been surrounded by well balanced, sensible and like minded folk throughout it all, (you know who you are),

and now that I am happily working with the world's oldest / largest membrane and its ancillaries manufacturer, also without the somewhat crass logistical / regional boundaries, with a superbly talented technical team, who have been / are involved with major projects in 60 countries around the globe, including waterproofing projects such as the world's longest road tunnel, the Channel Tunnel, multiple level basement waterproofing to Mrs Smiths wee cellar conversion, as well as gas proofing / green roofing projects etc etc, 

so I now heartily welcome any of my ex business contacts, who may have felt that I had ignored them, to share a cup of tea, or call for an informal chat now that hopefully the air is clearer, and to see if we can rebuild any potentially damaged bridges this somewhat sad little chapter may have presented, if I can be of any assistance then I am available on either of the following ; 01992-523-523 / 07899-996-623 /  pg@deltamembranes.com
