Happy Closing Day for Luci and John.

Luci and John urgently needed a realtor to help them find a home in the Davenport area because they were set to close on the home they were selling in the East side of Orlando. They were very worried they weren’t going to find a home on time and would end up having to rent out some where for a month or so. Luckily for both of us, I was referred and we got to work right away.

We were able to find a great deal for a townhome 11k less than asking price in the community they desired with huge square footage and move-in-ready conditions. They were mostly surprised when I told them that we can close their contract in 2 weeks if they desired. They originally thought they would have to wait 3-4 weeks. We got the closing done in 2 weeks and now they’ll be able to move into they’re new home without having to rent out a place for a month. They were completely happy and thankful. It’s about helping people, providing a piece of mind, and offering solutions!!
