Happy Birthday

It seems like yesterday. We embarked on a journey with a vision, no… a calling, to make a difference in the lives of others. Twenty-two years later, we are still on that road. There have been mountain top experiences along with struggles that strengthened our resolve and purpose. We have walked with people from across the world and those who live across the street. We have listened and we have learned. Our team has invested in literally thousands of people from all walks of life.

Through it all, I stand amazed at what a group of men and women can accomplish when each one is determined to pursue the call on his or her life. These heroes have sacrificed and worked incredibly hard, with little or no recognition. Their reward is found in the lives that have been changed. Their call is to something greater than themselves. Their faith has led the way and their pursuit of excellence has defined their path.

A mother of a 21 year-old son said recently, “I’m not sure if I or my son would be here today, if it were not for the Eagle team.”

A leader in an organization commented, “Eagle is different, they authentically care. I would not be in this position if not for them.”

These are just two statements that exemplify the impact this team is making. I am beyond blessed and proud to be a part of such a group.
