Happy Birthday to Executive Order 11246

Today marks the 50th anniversary of EO11246 and the establishment of the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. As OFCCP Director Pat Shiu wrote, "This is truly a transformative moment for civil rights that harkens back to the period, 50 years ago, when our country took several steps to ensure equal employment opportunity for workers."
