February?is not only about love?but rather about?celebrations. It was our?Birthday Month. Decision Point turned 11!?????????
This year?I was on a?mission of?making?it special, so I thought why not just ask ChatGPT? Nevertheless, it provided me with so many fascinating ideas that I got confused.?So, I combined both AI, ML and the human mind and?came up with?an idea to celebrate our birthday. What is it that we love about Decision Point??Here ?are some of the things our employees had to say.
But that was?not all.?We had a very special performance by Raj?Jain who is a singer, music composer, and poet.?We got so much inspiration from Atypical Advantage and hired him to make our celebration even more memorable. He had prepared a beautiful mix of songs to perform, especially for us. 'Twas?truly a wonderful performance and we enjoyed it a lot. He is an inspiration to us all in many ways.
Eat, Sleep, Travel, Repeat
Yes! You read that?right. It’s not just me, my?boss also loves to travel. My boss and AVP of Consulting went on a business trip to the US. To add some fun to it, they made an impromptu trip to Miami. Since they did not invite us, let’s see what he gets for us this time.
Well,?it is not all travel!! Wondering when we work? When and wherever?we feel like it, we work. That’s the perk of being here. With that, one of our employees shared?her experience from Pune , a picturesque city in India.?I know, we all?love working at our own pace, in our own space, but I personally?enjoy meeting you all a?few times?a week. For that,?I?am?looking for an additional workspace to make the?commute even easier. Let’s share what you have in mind.
In addition to the interesting stuff,?you see on our LinkedIn, we also have some serious discussions. In February, we organized Career Week, which allows us to learn new skills and explore new career paths. Our career sessions are guided by senior members of the organization and the leadership team. Our mentor can also meet us?face-to-face or?we?can book online sessions if?working?remotely.
We have always strived to promote gender equality in the workplace and give female employees the opportunity to empower. This time we celebrated?#InternationalDayOfWomenAndGirlsInScience ?and connected with one of our employees who gave interesting insights into ChatGPT.
