Our Business Development Manager for the North West & Midlands, Harry Riley , recently supported the Ministry of Justice to ensure HMP Birmingham and Liverpool are fully protected from a fire safety perspective until the resumption of their projects in the new year.

He comments: “Whilst these are clearly not the places you'd like to end up long-term, everyone is in safe hands with the staff on site and Biosite's wireless fire alarm system protecting the premises. “The ability to integrate with the hard wired system on site, GSM text messaging capabilities, Smoke and Heat Detector options, zoning options and our base station's in-built integrity check feature meant Biosite Systems Ltd's EN54 wireless system were the solution of choice for these projects and hundreds of other live sites around the UK and Europe.”

Translantic operations collaboration??

Our US Operations Manager, Thomas, recently visited from our Dallas base to visit one of our UK production facilities and learn more about some of our operational procedures and practices. It was a very productive visit to further cross-collaboration across our growing international team. The UK team are looking forward to visiting our new Dallas HQ soon!

Keeping the team informed

Our live ‘All Hands’ company updates are an opportunity for the whole team to learn about the latest business news and delve into the detail of our departmental expertise and understand how we work together to deliver the best customer experience.

This time we focused on our UK Access Control hardware production facility and had a tour from Head of Production, Adam. It was great fun and very informative!
