The discussions delved into various facets of AI, encompassing viewpoints from a Women Investor, a Women Founder, a Women Scientist, and a Busy Working Cosmopolitan, featuring a diverse array of perspectives. Fernanda Baker ?posed a compelling question to the panel: Why should more women be in AI? The responses highlighted critical reasons:

• Representation in Decision-Making: With 50% of consumers and a staggering 75% of decision-makers being women, diverse voices are needed to shape the AI landscape.
• Balancing the View of the World: Acknowledging that women are integral to the training data, being intentional about our involvement ensures a more balanced and inclusive perspective in AI development.
