Happy 4th Birthday, Infinitus!

Dear Infinitus,

Happy 4th Birthday. As our company turns 4, our digital assistant Eva is starting to talk a lot; communicating so well that sometimes we think she is an adult. Most 4 year olds haven’t had the chance to speak more than 32 million minutes. It has been so fun to see our impact on the healthcare industry, but it is also important to remember that we are just getting started.?

Every day, we have to remember that while we have made calls on behalf of 40,000 providers, there are still thousands of health systems, pharmacies, surgery centers, infusion centers and payors waiting to take advantage of our growing list of voice capabilities.

Large language models and their incarnations like ChatGPT are becoming part of the general population’s lexicon and it’s important for us to remember that our solution was brought up atop so many of the same novel innovations over the last 4 years. Eva was, and still is, ahead of her time.

As we expand, you should expect our intelligent conversational assistant to learn new skills, and take on more complex tasks which will create more time for our peers to deliver health care. Each step we take on our automation journey is a giant leap for healthcare. And you, dear Infinitus, are one of the answers that the US Healthcare system needs at this very moment as staff is increasingly burning out, patients are struggling with more ailments than ever before and the cost of life continues to skyrocket.

As we celebrate our 4th birthday, we’re so proud of everything you have become as well as everything this team aspires to be.
