Additionally, a type-profile is available to download, containing 40 pages of information on developing leadership competence. 13Leaders can be used as a diagnostic tool in leadership and organisational development. The process and the theoretical foundations are published for full transparency in a constantly updated Scientific Road Map.
13Leaders is provided as a project by Conscious Entrepreneurship in Cologne, Germany, established in 2016 as a consulting and coaching practice by Peter Rost, based on his involvement with leadership, not only in academic research, but more importantly from entrepreneurial experience.
