Happy 2020, The Year of Change.

As the world steps into a new decade and most of you start your office this week, I am reflecting on seeking a new perspective and the next direction in my professional career. Nothing is constant except change. Everything is in a perpetual state of transformation, motion, and change. In the waves of change, we find new directions and opportunities. A few weeks back, my journey with Electrolux ended after 22 fantastic years. It has been a rewarding journey, full of fun and excitement and professionally enrichening. I am excited that everything I have learned during this time will contribute to shaping the rest of my career. Being with Electrolux helped to improve the way I think and act about the consumer, sustainability, leadership, mentoring, diversity, ethics, integrity, talent building, team ship, cross-functional collaboration and agility which would be the key to the future success. Three core values have become ingrained in my professional ethos viz passion for innovation, customer obsession and drive for results. I got the opportunity to work with very dedicated people and travel around the world to Europe, LATAM, APAC, and the USA and work for early 8 years in India, 2 years in Sweden and the rest 12 years in Singapore. I proudly look back and will continue to cherish at all the amazing achievements, experiences and the results of the hard work. This was also possible due to some amazing team support, lasting friendships with colleagues and excellent relationships with outside business partners, IT vendors, and consultants. I would like to say a BIG THANKS to all those who have made this journey memorable as I feel truly blessed and grateful. I wish all the best for those continuing Electrolux journey through its centenary year, and also Happy New Year to all!
