Why not ditch your car every once in a while and take public transportation? It can be a fun way to meet new people and see your community in a whole new light. Plus, it’s good for the environment!

  • Walk for at least 2 km

Get out there and starting walking! Not only is it great exercise, but you’ll also get to explore your surroundings. Two kilometers is a great goal to start with.

  • Question what you read online

Are you sure you want to believe everything you read online? Just because it’s in print doesn’t make it true. Double check your facts before blindly accepting what you read on the internet.

  • Zero social media today; Yes you can!

Can you imagine a day without social media?

OK, maybe you can...

but most people these days rely on social media in some way or another.

For some people, social media is a way to connect with friends and family.

Others use it for work or to keep up with current events.

But what would happen if we all took a break from social media for just one day?
