1. Happiness
I find it interesting to see how some people choose to be happy and some choose to be unhappy regardless of their life situation? Is it not so that every second in our life we have everything we need for complete happiness and at the same time we have absolutely everything we need for complete unhappiness – we ourselves choose how we want to see and live our lives?
Dance like no one is watching, Love like you’ll never be hurt, Sing like no one is listening, Live like it’s heaven on earth.
But for God’s sake, do not start looking for happiness! It is by engaging ourselves with all our heart in all the details of life, good as well as evil, that you can find happiness – not by looking for happiness.
Seek and you will never find, be and there you are

Instead, find rewards in every moment of your life and you will see that your perceived happiness is the small captured moments (of joy) all added up together. You can improve your happiness or life only if you improve the quality of your experiences. Happiness is not a station you arrive at. It is a way of traveling so remember to celibrate all the small successes throughout the day rather than focus on your mistakes and stumblings.
What is happiness? A good cigar, a good meal and a good woman or a bad woman; it depends on how much happiness you can handle.

The happiest people don't necessarily have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.
