But in those rare quiet moments, when you're alone and free from external influences, there's a simple way to gauge your happiness: the Mirror Test. Stand before a mirror and look into your own eyes. Strip away the layers of external validation, social media comparisons, and the opinions of others. In that moment, it’s just you and your reflection—no one to impress, nothing to hide behind.
If you see contentment and feel a deep-rooted peace, then you’re truly happy. True happiness isn’t about forcing a smile; it’s about feeling satisfied with who you are, where you are, and the path you're on. However, if you see unease or dissatisfaction, it’s a sign that something needs attention. This doesn’t mean you’re failing—it’s an opportunity for growth and self-care.
