Happiness is Now&Here - Brilliant Reflections from Ravi

1) The first point about if I get X or Y will be happy and the last point about being grateful was experienced by me at different stages in life, one of which I had elaborated on in a blog. Similar to Ravi, I went into deep introspection and search on happiness and understood gratitude. Please read this for my life learnings

2) Regarding defocusing on self and serving others, its been a continuous learning over the last few years. Self-obsession causes unhappiness and if it can be channelized to serving others, it results in joy. I had curated an article (from 3 different people I admire)
