The Happiness of Finding a Purpose

The Happiness of Finding a Purpose

Do you feel happy every morning when you get up??

It took me a little while to reach at a space where I get up Happy almost every day with a smile because I feel my purpose every day!?

Why is this important today to discuss??

We rank 40th out of 132 economies in the Global Innovation Index 2023 rankings published by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO)?

But...

We ranked 126 out of 146 countries in Happiness Index?

Why? Are we not happy??

The depression is rising & It's real!?

It's time to take action towards making our life more happier by doing simple techniques!?

?In my experience, with all respect to each individual, we meet clients having a lot of stress & anxiety with each small to big issue, some face a mid-life crisis, some women have challenges in the biological cycle, Parents are unhappy with kids, challenges in professional growth, the deep urge to do so many things together, rising gently and teenage issues and many other issues!?

Let's address this newsletter, why do we have so much stress around and why are we not happy & TECHNIQUES FOR HAPPINESS!?

I have limited this to 3 simple things so you can read and practice this!?

"Hum khush kyon nahin hai?"

1. Lack of Trust: Do you trust yourself??

Have you ever thought, about how easily we are doubting ourselves??

I will not be able to do this much.?

"Ho payega kya?"

"Kya hoga?"

Do you know where is this doubt coming from - childhood patterns and while we were growing up or any experience which the brain has wired as a doubt??

Let's take a simple example, how many times we used to hear, No, that's not possible! this is not easy? You can't do that? You are not good at this??

Any feedback, mind if taken negatively, has wired a nerve in our brain, shooting only a response, DOUBT!?

If we start using only that muscle every day, that muscle becomes big, and we end up doubting unknowingly!?

Because of this, we make small decisions, and may be not able to achieve small goals, and the stress starts piling up!?

I know you want to not doubt yourself and get over this!?

Let's do a simple technique:

Today sit with yourself

Write a small task you want to achieve?

Hear your voice, if negative say - STOP, STOP & STOP!?

and say to yourself, I trust you and will make a bigger change by doing this task!?

Smile & Just move faster to the goal!

?2. Fear of Judgement:

The most important reason people have stress is because they have a fear of judgment.?

If I do not do this, they will think that?

If I will do this, they will say that??

If I say this, this will happen??

No one will appreciate this??

We create a belief inside us that we will be judged for all the acts we do,? because, maybe, we were judged in our childhood in color, shape, size, marks or because we hear people judging people. We have these sounds replaying in our brain and we live in fear at times!?

Fear of what will happen - Future?

Fear comes from - Past Failures mostly (Experience)?

We all know, there were times when we have done things even with fear, we could conquer it, CORRECT??

So let's conquer it every day!

Do a simple technique:?

The moment you FEEL this Fear of Judgement - if it's sound - MUTE it!?

If it is a picture - Push it away?

Say to yourself - I have learned from the old feedback?

I am open to receiving feedback and I will use all feedback for my growth!?

Because feedback is Feedback, I can turn them in GOLD!?

Listen, we can learn to let go of these judgments, first in our mind by practicing techniques.?

The change has to happen inside our brain first so that we can experience a stress-free life & have more joy!?

3. Creating Fewer Positive Experiences:

We are so busy in our lives, that we are not able to create experiences of happiness.?

But why is that important, think about when we were kids we used to have moments of joy, we used to be with people, we used to play/do any activity, and after the activity, we used to say to ourselves "Maza aa gaya".?

We used to make the smaller moments of joy bigger in our lives by talking, sharing & doing!?

We stopped doing it as we started growing as adults, we started neglecting small moments, and we started creating stress unknowingly bigger!?

Technique: Every day take a small moment to do anything which you feel good.

After the activity, sit down & breathe?

Feel the feeling of happiness strongly.?

Say, "Mazaa Aa Gaya"!!?

I am happy to share my little views on CNBC Awaaz, ask me any questions on how can I be happier.?

The title of *Main bahut khush hoon" is inspired by CNBC awaaz anchor Vipin Bhatt . I was in between my newsletter write up on Wednesday morning and the completion of my article on Thursday morning is also influenced by our happiness talks. Thanks for sharing and making the world learn about happiness simply!
