Happiness is a choice!

We have all heard the song by Pharrell "Happy" he is right on when he says "happiness is the truth" because it is.  We go through life thinking that you can only be happy if you have this one thing, and it's going your way.  The goal at the end of the day is to be happy regardless of what has happened to you, because happiness  is not a conditional state of mind.  So, "Clap along if you feel like that's what you wanna do" after all it is your right to be happy if you choose to.   I can't tell you how much of my time that I have wasted being unhappy because things didn't go the way I wanted or someone hurt my feelings.  I used to allow any little incident or person to affect my state of mind.  I am however eternally grateful for all those incidents and people because they have been extraordinary teachers.  I have finally learned my lesson.  We have so  many things to be happy about it could be as simple as just being happy that you got up this morning.  Harness that feeling and bask in it.  When you have a big meeting or interview go into it with the state of mind that you are happy and you deserve to be.  Then you will be able to create the life that you want.  I hope that you can see how your life is full of abundance and happiness as I have.  Try not to get down on yourself, after all we are all  humans.  Trying to get through life the best way we can.  I just hope we can do it being happy.   #abundantly happy
