Happiness

Human being is the most complex creature, every unique individual of 7.93 billion on the planet is different even among themselves every split second yet all want the same thing, ultimately, call "happiness". We are different but we want the same thing in the end but that same thing is different meaning to different people.

However, at its core, happiness is a feeling of contentment, satisfaction, and joy that one experiences in life. Happiness is not a destination but a journey, and it can be cultivated through?intentional actions?and habits. Since it is a feeling, it never last and suffering start to arise when the feeling of happiness is finished and sadness start to kick in. We can reduce suffering when we start accepting that whatever born have to die and it the true nature of it. When we accept thing as it is normal process of life cycle, we tend to suffer less.

One of the keys to finding happiness in life is to cultivate a?positive mindset. This involves focusing on the good in life, practicing gratitude, and reframing negative thoughts into more positive ones. By focusing on the positive aspects of life, we can train our brains to see the good in any situation, even in difficult times. Although this is just scratch the surface, it is still a good starting point.

Another important factor in finding happiness is to cultivate meaningful relationships with others. Humans are?social creatures, and we thrive on connection and community. By forming strong connections with others, we can experience a sense of belonging and support that can help us navigate the challenges of life. But keep in mind that we come in alone and go back out also alone, what you can bring with you ultimately is great positive experience you had contribute to the world while you are living, you know that you have done your best to make the most positive impact to the lives of others.

It's also important to engage in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment. This could be pursuing a hobby, volunteering for a cause we care about, or simply spending time in nature. By doing things that bring us happiness, we can experience a sense of purpose and meaning in life which is not about how much you can get out of life but how you can give. The feeling of joy by giving is much more satisfying than getting.

In addition, taking care of our physical health is essential for happiness. This includes eating a?balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and engaging in regular exercise. When we take care of our bodies, we can experience a sense of vitality and energy that can contribute to our overall happiness and well-being so that we can have more time to give to the world, the world should be a better place while we are here otherwise there is no proper justification to why are we here.

Finally, it's important to cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence in our daily lives. This means being fully present in the moment and not getting caught up in worries about the past or future. By practicing mindfulness, we can experience a sense of peace and calm, it is both sense that help us think clearly, speak thoughtfully, respond peacefully to any situation in life regardless of what situation we find ourselves in.

In conclusion, happiness is a?subjective experience?that can be cultivated through intentional actions and habits. By taking additional learning on the 4 truths taught by Buddha 2586 years ago, we can experience a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment in life.

If you read until this point, I like to let you know that this article is co-wrote between me and AI on the subject. I am not sure if you can detect this since the beginning. I have started using AI to assist my work professionally and personally for the last few weeks. I found this helpful and productive in doing desktop research.
